Why Marco Recommends It
Rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and healthy fats, this salad is the perfect balance between health and flavor. The citrus fruits and pistachios are a tribute to Sicily and its unique flavors, while the fennel adds freshness and crunchiness. Ideal as a light appetizer or refined side dish.
